About us

Founder of The Workforce Matters, Cherrise Chand has worked in Human Resource Management (HR) for more than 20 years. Her qualifications include a Master of Science Degree in HR, a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law, and she holds ‘Chartered Fellow’ status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Cherrise was motivated to create The Workforce Matters because she believes that all businesses regardless of their size or sector, should benefit from being able to access flexible, cost effective and timely HR services enabling them to get the very best from their workforce!
